Every kitten is unique! Pricing reflects color rarity, gender, temperament, and special traits. Below is a simple guide to help you understand our current pricing before joining our waiting list. 

Maine Coon Kittens Pricing

Most of our Maine Coon kittens fall between $2,500--$4,000, depending on color, rarity and special traits.

• Standard Colors: $2,500-$3,000
• Premium Colors (reds, silvers, smokes): $3,000-$3,500
• Rare Colors (shaded, chinchilla, high-smoke, tortie, bicolor with heavy white): $3,500-$4,000
• Polydactyl (extra toes): +$300
• Males (high demand due to larger size): +$300
• Breeding Rights: approved catteries only

F1 Savannah Kitten Pricing

Our F1 Savannah (50-75% serval blood) kittens start at $14,500 and vary depending on:

• Size 
• Color & Contrast 
• Temperament 
• Gender 

Deposit Policy

Placing a deposit reserves your kitten and ensures you have priority on our waiting list. All deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future litter if your timing or preference changes.

A $100 pre-birth deposit secures your spot on the waiting list. Once your kitten is born and assigned, the remaining portion of the deposit is due. Deposits equal 15% of the total kitten price and will applied toward your final payment.

Example:

• $4,000 kitten --> $600 total deposit ($100 to join list + $500 after birth)
• $15,000 kitten --> $2,250 total deposit ($100 to join list + $2,150 after birth)

Final balances are due before or at pickup, depending on payment method. We accept cash, Venmo (friends and family only--no fees), Paypal (friends and family only--no fees), and Zelle. These methods are safe and reliable for both parties.
